Since 2023, the work has run first-hand from a Korea HQ and a China branch — supplier meetings, on-site checks, production management, documentation, logistics and customs. That same way of working is what's now extending into other countries and categories.
China Branch
Production, watched directly on the ground in China. Real-time coordination with the factory keeps quality and schedule from slipping.

Import sourcing or export execution — either way, a cross-border deal gets connected to its purpose. No country owns us, though the deepest axis today is Korea–China, where the operation has run first-hand since 2023.
